To qualify for any our homes applicants must have a local connection
to the village in which they are built. This can be through residency
(past or current), employment or close family. Before applying for
any of our homes it is important to consider if you have this local
connection.

request an application pack. We are also happy to take details of anyone
interested in being kept informed about future vacancies. Please check
the list of where we've built and let us know which
developments you would qualify for, along with your name and address
and your preferred tenure (rented or shared ownership). We will then
add your details to our mailing list and keep you updated about vacancies
in your chosen village.
